  5. This file would normally contain some comments from the sysop, but
  6. if you're reading this then he hasn't gotten around to changing it yet.
  7. So, I'll just give a little summary of how to use the software.
  8.  
  9. There are two ways you can work this board.  One is to use it like
  10. a typical, menu driven BBS where you press single keys for commands.
  11. Press ? to get a list of commands.  Try them all to see what is avaliable.
  12. You can get along fine with that alone, but for the more adventurous,
  13. the optional way is to press / and then type full command names and
  14. parameters.  For example: "/mail 1" will send mail to user 1.  The command
  15. names are listed in most help menus.  You can also make them up by
  16. putting the menu name and the key you press in that menu together
  17. like these examples: "/border/r" or "/msg/r" or "/main/k".
  18. Some commands I use often are: "/sub", "/mail", "/vote", "/off"
  19. Full command names work from any menu, while single key commands only
  20. work in the menu where they belong.
